receta en english

White Chocolate Flan.
ingredients:
1/2 l. milk
     250 ml. of cream
     250 gr. White chocolate
     70 gr. sugar

     6 eggs

1-
We will make the white chocolate pudding in the same way we would do a custard normal. The first is to make candy with a little sugar and a few drops of water, without allowing it to burn. Once the candy, will miss at the base of pan.

The next thing is to heat the milk and cream in a saucepan. When piping hot, add the chocolate to melt. On the other hand will beat eggs in a bowl along with the remaining sugar. Then mix it well with cream and milk, and throw him in the pan.

To cook the white chocolate custard, will put the ramekin in the oven preheated to 200 ° C, and we will have a double boiler (two or three fingers dipped in water, in a baking dish) for about 50 minutes.
