two recetas en inglish

1 sheet of thawed puff pastry
     1 egg beaten M
250 gr. of minced pork (see note 1)
     1/2 onion finely chopped
     1/2 clove garlic, finely chopped
25 gr. bread crumbs (I do not get)
     1 tablespoon chopped parsley

     1 tablespoon chopped thyme
     1 pinch ground sage
     1 pinch ground nutmeg
     1 pinch ground cloves
Salt to taste (I put a teaspoon)
Pepper to taste (I put half of pepper)

1:Preheat oven to 200 ° C and lightly grease a baking sheet.

Cut the pastry sheet in half and brush the edges with beaten egg. Put half of what was left of beaten egg in a large bowl with remaining ingredients and mix well (I do it by hand).

Put half of the filling in the center of the sheet half, along.

2:Brush edges with beaten egg and roll forming a close. Place seam side down and brush the roll with beaten egg. Repeat with the other half of the filling in the other half of pastry.

Cut each roll into 6 pieces, make up cortecito each piece, and put them on the baking sheet.

3:Bake 15 min at 200 ° C, then lower temperature to 180 ° C and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and enjoy!
